We have used Dunedin for both sales and lettings and have been impressed with both sides.
On the lettings side they found us fantastic tenants, and made the whole process incredibly smooth.
Most recently we have utilised their sales services and they have made the process smooth despite there being some difficulties with the sale (nothing related to Dunedin). Hannah is supporting our sales progression and gives prompt responses and helpful updates. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services and we would certainly use them as our agent of choice in the future.
